Store Policies
When are orders shipped?
On Tuesday every week is mail day.
- If item needs to be produced at home, then it'll take an additional week before the order is shipped.
- We pack orders on Sunday & Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States of America. International shipment will be coming soon.
Why didn't my order come with a tracking number?
The order was most likely a sticker only order which you chose to be letter mail. Other than that, the order should have a tracking number sent once the order is shipped.
Are returns/exchanges/refunds accepted?
No, we do not offer any sort of returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- If the item was damaged or missing during shipping, it is not our responsibility to reimburse you in a new package or funds after the package has been delivered by the mail courier. However, we will try in our best to help alleviate the situation.
- It is not our responsibility if incorrect information was filled out when ordering. Please contact us to update with the correct information before Sunday of the week ordered.

Is this all your art?
Yes! This is all art hand-drawn, hand-designed, and/or hand-made by Ailyse.
Do you make all the products at home?
No, not all products are made in-house as we just don't have the time to be able to. We are very transparent in where each product is manufactured in their individual description.
Do you currently accept Commissions?
Commissions are typically closed unless! You get in touch with Ailyse when she is in an intriguing mood or mention something that is interesting to her. If and when commissions are open, they will be announced through Newsletter first and then Social Media.
