When are orders shipped?
Every Tuesday is our little mail day ritual here at Finding Wonderland! We lovingly pack orders on Sundays and Mondays so everything is ready to go out the door.
If your order includes an item that's handmade in-house, please allow one extra week for it to be carefully prepared before it heads your way. Good things are worth the wait. 🌷
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently shipping within the United States — but international shipping is on its way! If you're outside the US, keep an eye on our newsletter and social media for the announcement. We can't wait to send a little piece of Wonderland your way too. 🌍
Why didn't my order come with a tracking number?
If your order was a sticker-only purchase and you selected letter mail at checkout, tracking isn't included with that shipping option — it's what keeps the cost low for small orders!
For all other orders, a tracking number is automatically sent to you once your package is on its way. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it together. 💌
Are returns/exchanges/refunds accepted?
We pour so much care into every single package — and we genuinely want you to be happy with what arrives at your door. While we're a small shop and aren't able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, we truly want to make things right if something goes sideways.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do everything we can to help find a solution together. 🌟
One little note: please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If you notice a mistake, reach out to us before Sunday of the same week and we'll do our best to update it in time.

Is this all your art?
Every single piece — yes! Every design in the shop is hand-drawn, hand-designed, or handmade by Ailyse herself. When you bring a piece of Finding Wonderland home, you're bringing home a real piece of her heart and creative vision. 🌸
Do you make all the products at home?
Some are, some aren't — and we believe in being completely transparent about that. Products that are made in-house are noted with love in their descriptions, and so are the ones that are printed or manufactured by trusted partners. Either way, every product starts with Ailyse's original artwork and intentional design.
Do you currently accept Commissions?
Commissions are a little like catching a shooting star — they open up when Ailyse feels called to take on something new and meaningful. 🌠 If you have an idea that feels truly special, you're welcome to reach out — you never know!
